Answers to Your Questions

Everything you need to know about GX-SANYU aerobic fermentors, from specifications to operation and maintenance.

What types of waste can the GX-SANYU 11FFG-100 handle?

Our fermentor is designed for pig manure, cow manure, chicken manure, and other agricultural and domestic organic wastes. It handles waste with 60% moisture content efficiently.

How long is the fermentation cycle?

The average fermentation cycle is 7 days, converting waste from 60% moisture to 30-40% moisture organic fertilizer. Continuous operation allows constant processing.

What is the energy consumption?

Thanks to our patented heat exchanger, the system saves 46,000 kWh of energy annually — equivalent to the CO₂ absorption of 1,000 pine trees. No need for external fuel sources.

What is the equipment lifespan?

With proper maintenance, the GX-SANYU 11FFG-100 has a lifespan of over 10 years. All critical components use 304 stainless steel, NACHI pumps, and ABB/Siemens motors.

Is the fermentor easy to operate?

Yes. The Mitsubishi PLC control system provides fully automated operation with forklift loading, one-click remote control for loading and unloading, and a comprehensive fault alarm system.

What is the organic fertilizer quality?

The output is high-quality organic fertilizer with reduced moisture (30-40%), stabilized nutrients, and eliminated pathogens. It can be sold commercially or used on your own crops.

How much space does the fermentor require?

The vertical design minimizes footprint. Contact us for specific space requirements based on your capacity needs and site conditions.

Do you provide installation and training?

Yes. We provide complete installation guidance, commissioning, operator training, and ongoing technical support. Global logistics and on-site support available.

What is the warranty period?

Standard warranty is 12 months from installation. Extended warranty options and maintenance contracts are available. All critical components are covered.

Can I install multiple units for larger operations?

Absolutely. Many of our clients operate 3-10+ units for large-scale operations. We provide system design for integrated multi-unit installations.

How is the fermentor shipped?

Equipment is shipped via sea freight in standard containers. We handle all export documentation and can arrange delivery to your port or factory.

Are spare parts readily available?
